Our ciders cater to both wine and beer drinkers alike. Every batch is meticulously hand crafted starting with slow, cold fermentation with a sparkling wine yeast to retain the freshness. We use Mcintosh apples in addition to a heritage blend to finish off the round yet crisp palate. Every batch is carefully tested and tasted at each stage from fermentation and filtration to packaging . All Pedaler’s Hard Ciders are gluten free and are made with nothing but the freshest ingredients.

Our ciders have been awarded gold medals both locally at the Best Florida Beer Championship as well as in national competitions like the US Open Cider Championship. Enjoy a variety of cider styles in the Quantum Leap Tasting Room and in distribution across Florida.
